I am a Heathen looking to start a business and find it inconvenient that i can not use my protected spiritual beliefs because someone has chosen to do this over a word that should belong to us all.

The owner of this frivolous trademark files IP reports on other small businesses that even have the word "heathen" in any of their designs or content. This trademark should never have been approved, and should be protected as free and religious speech.

Heathen is a religious word. You wouldn't allow a trademark for the word Christian, and this shouldn't be allowed either.

It’s a biblical word! He can’t own a word so commonly used in phrases like godless heathen.

How can one person or group hold a trademark for a word such as heathen? It's such a broad term and something used by so many for their religious or even ancestral descriptions. This is silly!

This David character is a crock, not even a Heathen. Trademarked something he doesn’t even resonate with, all while infringing religious and artistic freedom. He also monopolizes Native American Headdresses on his clothing; he’s disgusting. Nothing but a neo-nazi opportunist.

Heathen describes a wide community of people. To have someone trademark a word that describes our beliefs and lifestyles is unfair and not right. It's like trademarking the word "Christian" or "Buddhist". This needs reversed!

Freedom of speach should protect against monopoly man wannabe's trying to stifle linguistics. Bottom line, this should not even be happening, and no one has the right to police linguistic to a legal degree.

This is absolutely disgusting and a form of appropriation! My beliefs are not his trademark! He’s also a deplorable human being who likes to bully anyone who stands up to him.
I support this petition
