The Heartbeat Legislation is the most Pro-Life bill ever to be introduced.

The substance of the bill essentially says that if there is a heartbeat detected the child is automatically protected.
With this bill we recognize the heartbeat as an indicator of life...alongside every hospital, emergency room, and medical facility around the globe. It is the non-existence of that beat that tells us a person is no longer living; in the same regard it also tells us that they are ALIVE!
Millions of people have brutally died from abortion in the last 40 years.
It is time for it to stop!

The cowards in the state house are still refusing to look us in the eye or address this issue. They think if they ignore the pressure we are applying that we will just go away. They are dead wrong.

Think of all the future geniuses, innovators, inventors, artists, and more that will have a chance to exist and make this world a better place. Unborn babies are human. Denying these innocents life is cruel and inhumane.
Increase adoption and decrease abortion, cost as well as numbers. It should not be more expensive to save a life than to take a life.
Coming from someone whose heart was after a baby and then losing one and struggling to have one, I absolutely love this idea.
This legislation is still flawed, by giving the option of "except if the life of the mother is at risk" gives them a way to lie so that they can still perform an abortion on a child that has a heartbeat! I will still sign the petition hoping it will lessen the number of children murdered through abortion.
I'm praying for the passage of this will in Indiana and praying for Supreme Court to lift the injunction in Arkansas and South Dakota. God bless these States and this United States of America. It is not women's choice to kill an infant with a beating heart, it's about responsibility and the right choice. The right to choose should be true for both mother and child.

Once a heart beat is detected its alive. Dont murder your own child. I was very close ti being aborted myself. If I coukd have chosen I would have chose to live and not to get my limbs tore off and stabbed in the back if my nech and sucked out of my mommy. How about you? Would you want your limbs ripped off of your body? God bless this petition!!!
