Ministers of the NI Executive are currently discussing vaccine and health passports.

The NI Human Rights Commission said that any steps taken were required to be necessary and proportionate.

I am calling on Minister Swann to publicly announce the following matters :

1) Make public all the Risk Assessments in relation to Covid since March 2020
2) Make public the figures for 2020 for a. Suicide b. Cancer c. Cardiac Arrest
3) Conduct a Risk Benefit Analysis and inform the public of the outcome
4) Provide the necessary and proportionate evidence that health passports are required

Whilst debating such matters it’s important to note health passports could lead to discrimination of those who are not eligible for the vaccine.
