With this petition I hope to bring health and safety to the community. With the help of the community, to have their voice be heard. We would like to see that Subway on 9040 Hiwassee ST Charleston, tn be closed until the health and safety has been addressed.
The following health and safety we would like to have addressed;
* Mold in the back over flow storage and the coolers
* To have no registered sex offenders to work there
*To follow the hand book that all employees be drug tested before they can return to work.
*That the district manager be held accountable to the unsafe and unsanitary conditions. And to employee misconduct. (removed from her position)
*To also have no one in a supervisor and or manager position if they have been there for 1 year or less (to many safety concerns)
With the signatures of the community, we can and will be heard!

The management is trying to hide the truth by locking those doors but they cannot hide the mold and the mismanagement from all of us. I have been spending my time filing formal complaints so that the inspectors finally see what we have been dealing with inside that building.

Seeing this kind of movement confirms I am not the only one shaken by the conditions at that Subway. Your support keeps me focused on getting those doors locked until things are actually safe for our neighbors.

We need help stopping this subway from further sells this is nasty an unbelievable plz sign this before people start getting sick.
Yeah this is really nasty it made me not ever want to eat at Subway again anywhere or any restaurant for that matter cuz if people are doing that there is no telling if it could be happening anywhere else so yes I rather eat at home from now on I'm surprised this place hasn't been shot down already

I have been at this location and it was nasty. I turned around and walked out. I do my business at Love’s truck stop in Charleston,TN. It is always spotless.
