Final supporters
We ask that the City of Noblesville and all parties involved only proceed with this development based on the original 2003 zoning plan, which called for no more than 420 high-end apartments.
We also ask that environmental studies be completed and verified by third parties that show no negative impact to the area, and that Kirkendall Creek would not be affected by the apartment complex as proposed.
Furthermore, we have concerns that the property developers will fail in their intent to lure enough "young professionals" as tenants, forcing property managers to allow rent subsidies from government programs. We ask that the City of Noblesville ensure proper enforcement of any agreements that forbid such subsidies from being accepted.

Hazel Dell is already a nightmare during rush hour. Adding 600 units is going to bring everything to a complete standstill.
My kids go to these schools and they are already crowded enough as it is. leave our creek alone too.
do not let them ruin our neighborhood. we moved out here for the quiet not to be cramped in by a massive apartment complex.
I really hope they listen to us and block this. it just doesn't belong there.
TOTAL GARBAGE. the city just cares about tax money and not the people who actually live here.
