We the undersigned have taken part in this petition in the hope that we may convince Haynes that it would be worthwhile them publishing a workshop manual to cover the Volkswagen Transporter T4 which has been around since 1991 in various guises and which now has a strong and increasingly popular worldwide following. These vans, as well as being used by tradesmen, are favoured for customising and converting into camper vans and leisure vans. Whilst we appreciate that there are many variants of this model, if a workshop manual was based on the panel van, four and five cylinder diesels, with a variant for the petrol vans, we feel it would cover most models. There are various workshop manuals by different publishers on the market for the T4 which
manage to cover the basic variants but they unfortunately fall short of Haynes' standards of clarity, detail and technical expertise.
Due to the popularity of this vehicle we would be grateful if Haynes would reconsider publishing a workshop manual in the very near future.
One hundred signatures feel like a heavy weight in the best kind of way. It is exhausting to keep pushing this forward but knowing you are all still here keeps me moving. We have shown them there is a real need for this manual.

Reaching one hundred signatures will prove that we have a solid base of people waiting for this manual. It has been a long slog to get this far but we need just a little more effort to hit that milestone and force them to look at our case.

Haynes always do a decent clearly detailed manual. Huge stock of ex commercial T4 and T5 becoming more popular with DIYers. Good manuals needed ASAP
