I believe that HEB is being unfair to their customers by having what was supposed to be a pilot program since 2012 and will not offer it to any other stores. This program gives you quarterly money that you can use when you shop and take it off of your total.After four years and many questions asked as to why they do not go to other stores, I only get the same reply, "it was a pilot program and we have no plans to offer it anywhere else."

This is ridiculous since all they have to do is get the cards to their stores and put the program into the computer. In these days of high prices and customer service, which HEB brags about their service and prices, why they would not offer this to other stores and help customers save money and also bring them into the store more often.

Please sign this petition to have HEB extend this program to their other stores and help customers get the same service and money saving ability that only one store now gets.
