I am concerned about a 4-story building. Two stories would be fine. We are a cute, small town - let's keep that feeling and not start building 4-story buildings. Plus we already have horrible traffic issues so while a 2-story building would be manageable, traffic from a 4-story building would definitely exacerbate existing traffic headaches.

I was at the meeting. Not happy about the height, parking issue and traffic going into our main entrance and exit.

Opposed to this entire proposal. Building will be out of place in Hastings Farms housing development. Traffic will be a nightmare and much more congested than it already is. I suggest a park on that lot.

I’m opposed to this size of facility and plan for the Hastings Farms location. To put high-density housing at that location on Ellsworth is not thought out. It’s a high traffic, congested area already. The people who live in Hastings Farms still have difficulty getting out of the community, even with the new light at Via de Palmas. The 4-story building height proposed does not fit with Queen Creek’’s goal of keeping the small, rural town feel even as we grow. It’d also obstruct the reaidents’ views of the mountains and create an eye sore for the people who live in that area of our community. The developers should go back and rework the plan for a 1-story facility and think through the parking and traffic ramifications of their design, instead of leaving the residents stuck with an over-crowded monstrosity that’s in the wrong location on Ellsworth Road.

There is no need for this complex to be built when the total population of 55+ in queen creek and Santan is about 20% of the population. There needs to be more things for children 17 and younger to do not a 4 story eye sore.

I think the design and concept of the 55+ apartments is awful and should not be put on that parcel of land. Our neighborhood can not handle the added traffic that this project would bring.

It would cause too much traffic on Ellsworth the building would be too large being four-story high. It would cause the value of our land to go down . Not enough parking area for the residents that could live there .

I feel that a four story structure is inappropriate in this area. No more than two stories is OK.

Four story buildings are not in harmony with the surrounding area.

Hello- I have some concerns on how this will bring more cars to this area of Ellsworth where its already a problem at rush hour and adding 4 story apartment building could harm values in the neighborhood around the building. 4 stories is too high for our community and with insufficient parking, makes no sense. Find a location off of the major thoroughfare.

Senior living concept is good for our community. Stacking them four high is not.

this is not the place fo a 4 story building, one story garden style homes low maintence 55+ with country style charm would be more fitting for queen creek

We have enough traffic on Ellsworth and certainly don’t need more. This is a rural town and I didn’t buy my home only to have an apartment complex move next to it and block my view of the sunset. Why should renters use our side streets and block our views and increase traffic? Shouldn’t homeowners have more influence then a more transient population?

A single level building would be perfect. And of course fix the light at Ellsworth and chandler heights.

I don’t feel this is a good idea for the people that live in Hastings Farms due to increased traffic, property values and having a commercial operation in a residential area. When we moved to Queen Creek we liked the rural feeling part of it. I believe there’s plenty of other places that would be more suitable for this project. Please consider the residents of Hastings Farms.

I am very opposed to this. I believe it would be the tallest building in QC and would be ugly.

Please keep in mind the additional traffic and congestion a large apartment building would bring.

Prefer 1 story. 100% against anything higher than 2 stoeies.

I am very much opposed to an apartment complex going in here. Too much traffic and property values will drop. Please town council do not approve a rezoning.
