We, the undersigned, write to express concern that Hampshire County Council are meeting with pressure groups who seek to ban law abiding and responsible motorcyclists from the Harrow way. Experience shows that all encompassing TRO's bite only on the law-abiding and, without enforcement, have little effect on those who ride illegally and irresponsibly. We object in the strongest possible terms to any long-term TRO (or downgrading) that precludes trail bikes.

most of us just want a quiet ride on a sunday. why punish the people who actually follow the rules?

STOP TRYING TO BAN US FROM THE COUNTRYSIDE. I have been riding the Harrow Way for years and never had a problem.

Ridiculous idea. We have a right to use these lanes just like everyone else.

Total waste of council time when there are real issues to deal with. leave the byway alone.

Law abiding motorcyclists should be able to ride this route
