Our senator Richard Young has co-authored a Resolution to amend the State Constitution to guarentee the right of anyone who wants to start a CAFO or CFO the right to do so without interference from our County Commissioners or citizens... The only way to circumvent this is to pass a local ordanance to ban the construction of such farms... therefore,

The momentum behind this push proves that the people of Harrison County are finished with Richard Young and his attempts to sell out our land to factory farms. These industrial polluters and their political allies have underestimated our resolve to protect our own backyard. We are building a force that the county commissioners can no longer afford to ignore.
