Disgraceful that someone is being penalised for being a compassionate, decent human being! The ones who should be charged are the government, Defra and the NFU. The cull was an absolute disgrace from the start and should be abandoned permanently.

The only person who should be in the Dock is Owen Paterson MP. His total disregard for the science against the cull, ignoring a 300,000 signature e petion and bowing to pressure from the minority NFU, make him a liability and unfit for office. His lies and twisting of the numbers just show he has lost any argument against peaceful protest at his Depts' actions. The man is a disgrace.
