How can one person be taken to court and crown court come to that !!! when there have been hundreds that have done the same thing ???

this woman has donr what so many sane, law-abiding peopke wanted to do but didn't. she has my upmost respect and support. she does not deserve to go through the juducial system for caring about life.

Disgusting treatment of a compassionate , caring human , something we could do with a lot more of ! People should not be expected to stand by and do nothing while hired thugs rampage through the countryside taking pot shots at innocent creatures ! My heart breaks for this poor lady :'(

There should have been no shooting with public present. This was a deliberately provocative action by cull operatives to cause distress to protesters. Then when the lady in question became distressed and reacted accordingly she was arrested. Very bad behaviour by so called professionals and extremely poor judgement by police prosecuting.

This lady is a token scapegoat, just like the Badgers she valiantly tried to protect....Badgers are a protected species and there is no proof that the ones she was protecting were diseased.
