Submitted Rule Change: Beginning January 1, 2014, all AMHA registered horses must meet one of the following requirements:
1. Both parents must be registered with AMHA
2. The horse must be registered with AMHR. Only animals holding current permanent AMHR registration papers can be hardshipped into AMHA. A copy of the AMHR permanent registration papers showing the horse to be 34 inches or under must accompany the hardship registration.
