We, the signers of this petition, fully endorse the Hanover Public School District administration’s recommendation to construct a multi-sport athletic stadium/track on the campus of Hanover High and Middle Schools, using already existing bond funds and capital reserves, as the best way to serve both the students and community of the Hanover Borough, both now and in the future.
