When I see today's students I am so glad that they have the same opportunity as I did to go to a great neighborhood high school. KEEP WEEQUAHIC HIGH SCHOOL open for all!

Education is the key to an improving community. Weequahic has been providing an exceptional quality of education for over 80 years. With the need as great as it is, now is not the time for that to stop.

This school has one of the strongest most supportive nalumni organizations in the country. It is because of the rich history and strong support that closing WHS would be knife in the back to all of us who have shown our pride and support in this great institution. This is notg the school to close.
