The money is finally being released to Brixham Town Council. I am overwhelmed by the result and so grateful to everyone who backed this fight to ensure our community received what it was owed. We will keep watching to make sure these funds are put to work for our town …

Seeing the community rally behind our town like this is overwhelming. That money belongs to our streets and our people so it feels incredible to see the momentum shifting in our favor.

Shame on you, Mr Mayor,and all your Councillors that have agrees with you, Torquay get the Cream tea, Paignton gets a scone, but Brixham just gets the crumbs.
Seems the Mayor shows a total disregard for the people of Brixham. Shoalstone Pool, The Nest, Chestnut. what next? No wonder he refused to hold a budget meeting in the town!
Torbay Council need to honour their obligations to Brixham. However, too many in both Tory and LD parties opposed to Brixham having its own voice via BTC, so pay scant regard to it. They must sttop it now!
Mr Mayor. It really is high time that you became a mayor for the bay not just for Torquay. Stop backing your favourites and start backing the whole community. Give us the money that is rightfully ours.
Having moved quite recently to Brixham this fits in very well with general comments I hear about this Council. A sad state of affairs but this is your chance to improve your reputation.
The Government only used you as a go-between the £37,000 destined for Brixham,. Hand it over.
Give the money to Brixham where it belongs. Seems like we are always treated like the poor relative.

Torbay receives much revenue from Brixham's fishing industry. The 37K is allocated for Brixham, by Government. Have some respect and pay up.
