As concerned citizens of Hampton,NH we wish to continue to support the middle school model. We respectfully request that the school board implements a study to determine if we should maintain the middle school model or move to the Junior High model. The group that will comprise the study should include parents, local business owners, teachers and school board members and should be conducted during the 2009/2010 school year. Additionally - we respectfully request that termination notices be rescinded until the study is complete.

Our community is approaching the one hundred signature mark. Reaching this milestone will provide the presence we need when we address the school board regarding the upcoming study.

Keep the middle school model! My son did so much better when he moved to the middle school setup than he ever did in grade school. Dont change what works.

THE KIDS NEED STABILITY. This is crazy how fast they are trying to push this through without listening to anyone in town.

This whole thing feels like it was decided months ago in a back room and they are just going through the motions now. Very disappointed in the board.

Ridiculous to rush this. Need a proper study first before anyone loses their job. Slow down.

Seems like common sense to actually check the facts before firing good teachers. Hampton schools have always been good keep it that way.
