This is honestly heartless. My cat has diabetes and I dont know what I would do if the insurance just stopped covering her. Banks shouldnt be allowed to do this to people who trusted them.
Shame on you lloyds. You took our money for years for 'life cover' then just quit? Absolute joke.
I am a pensioner and this is my biggest worry. my dog is my only company and he needs his meds. fix this now.
Its not just about the money its about the animals suffering because they want to save a few pennies. disgusting behavior.
Never again. Moving my accounts to a bank that actually has a soul.

Total disgrace. If you offer a service you should stick to your word. Do the right thing for once.
