I would like for the reopen haiku stairs to be fixed asap my husband is in the air force an will be going active soon which leaves me time to travel and hawaii would have been the first places on the list so please if u can do ur best an fix that beautiful stairway to that beautiful view.....s.n cameron

I am a 35+ year veteran of the stairs and consider it one of the most memorable and significant scenic and physical experiences one can have anywhere. I beleive it is extremely important to keep them - and keep them in the best possible condition for now and the future.
