Please do not destroy this historic structure. It is a valuable educational, historic, and climbing resource that affords climbers unparalleled views of Kane'ohe, of rare native plants, and of the natural environment of the Ko'olau mountains.

Either way people will continue to hike this trail regardless of safety issues, trespassing. It would be a shame to take away such a beautiful treasure and piece of history. Make it legal with proper access!

This is a treasure which needs to be open to the public and not deterred by neighborhood residents who must have known it was there when they moved in.
