Please reopen these beautiful stairs for the public to enjoy the breathtaking views and not have to access them illegally it would do everyone a big favor and increase tourism by a lot which would help Hawaii's economy

Ill prolly never hike them but i believe it should be open to the public, not only because of the view but the history as well.

I would gladly fork over $100 to do this hike! Been going to Oahu for 10 years and often think its a shame this isn't open to avid hikers. Open it soon!

So beautiful with a fascinating history. Nothing comparable anywhere---we need to keep the stairs and access to this amazing hike and experience.

This hike has been a dream of mine for so long almost to the point of tears of excitement when thinking about it. It would be heartwrenching to see it be gone forever and never get to hike it.

Please re-open the stairs. The Middle Ridge Trail is too hard and dangerous.
