Caravan was Miss sold with promises of 1% or inflation based fee increases. No consistency it goes up with greed.

I think the annual increases for the last 3 yrs are well above inflation and these increases are beyond our control and are imposed upon us without justification

Ridiculous increases we have had to pay in order to keep what originally cost an absolute fortune !!!!

Irish Barry sold us our van and stated adamantly "Haven will only increase fees with inflation" which was the major selling point to us. Turns out to be total lies

Forcing owners out and increasing our fees to pay for the holiday makers gain!

Not good at all hafan y mor, I think the cost to owners can't just keep rising like this while costs for bourn leisure will most likely stay the same, or at least give reasons for the increase

I was told when I bought my caravan last year that the site fees only increase by £100.

Agreed totally unfair increases seen so many friends in the last 3 increases leave

A 7% increase is not fair at all considering they are not allowed to put it up by more than 6% and we should not have to be told it's because of the minimum wage to

Nearly £500 in 2 years is ridiculous. Ground rent will become unaffordable in 2 years if it continues!

More communication as to what extras we are receiving for the price increases.

The rises in ground rent are absurd and extortionate and it is no way for a business dedicated to "family holidays" to behave.

Over £500 raise in two seasons , people cannot afford to carry on, especially when people who bought this year were told by 2 members of sales staff that it never goes up more than £100 !

I formally object to yet again having a 10% rise in my annual fees, despite inflation being at 1%.
