Im now begining to realise we have made a very costly mistake. New owner this year and already regretting it. By my reckonning if fees go up like this every year then it wont be long before im priced out.

As a new owner of Hafan seeing my rent rise so much for the first year is a concern with over £250 rise in my first year. There shouldn't be any need to increase fees so much just bourne robbing peoples money yet again by making them pay the rise or sell up losing out whatever way they go.

Above inflation rate increases in ground rent has become unaffordable. Owners appear to be keeping Haven sites afloat!

Increase in site fees is far too high. Rise of £700 in 3 seasons.

fees have risen sharply over the last 2 years. Last year the living wage was one of the reasons but it seems most seasonal workers were under 25 on park, maintenance on the park had been the worst year ever & why should we be paying for lighting & drains as stated in public areas? They should be paid by BL. This year the pool will get a refurb which again will benefit holidaymakers so we should not be made to feel that we're getting that! There should be something specific to owners only like on other Haven parks

Not happy about the increase in ground rent. It far exceeds inflation and there have been few material benefits for the average owner.
With so many additional pitches and owners on site there should no legitimate need to increase ground rents. Higher rents just boost profits because Bourne Leisure can get away with it.
