Hafan y Mor - ground rent increases are too high

Whilst the site fees increase by several hundred £'s per year, there is never a itemised bill which reflects the reason for increase. There is never a breakdown of the billing subsequently as a result, customers may be charged whatever Bourne Leisure chooses. No other service or provider would expect their customer to pay an invoice without this basic information. Haven owners are being taken for a ride!

Life is difficult enough as it is I've had a pay freeze for 7 years hubby for 2, I don't want to give up my static but I worry now month to month and I feel it's day light robbery. The place also is very dirty they havnt cleaned inside or out all season taking the money and putting nothing back.

Mis selling at its finest. Told when purchasing that yearly increases are in line with inflation, £60-70 maximum. They have risen £670 in the last 3 years

Raising ground rent is their way to get you to move off park and they can resell your plot and van at a higher rate again

It's a shame as many great owners are having to sell up because of the increases us included as it was just getting too much

The price rises have been way too high over the last few years and yet haven do not put similar prices for holidays. They want owners to leave after a few years and this is one way to make it happen. It is their way of doing it. Miss sell caravans, make promises they don't keep, owners leave then sucker someone else in.

The increases are extortionate. It wasn't what we were led to believe and will force us like many others to sell up and go.
