Hackex should bring back transfers between contacts because it one of the most important features in the game. The players that have been playing for a long time can help the new players by giving them little donations to help them. Yes,last summer people abused the feature. But turning off transfer between contacts is killing the game, it's not enabling friends to help out others and making people quit the game.Last summer people cheated like crazy,but 90 percent of them has moved on and starting to play Pokemon go and other games. Instead of totally disabling transfer between you could possibly put a limit on the number of contacts per day to 50 or what ever you please.

I definitely agree; money transfer is especially great when you want to help somebody. Without this feature, the game feels... Dead..? Disconnected..? Hell if I know. It feels odd and it's boring.
Why would a developer remove essential features... that WORKED FINE. bring transactions back, make hackex great again

Transfer helps the lower ones with geting money, and gets friends to share big funds so they can both upgrade faster.
