- We would like to see Huuuge bring back, or make a better, scoring system for leveling up. (Since the most recent change, it is taking many long time users days to level up by even one level...even with XP Boost.)
- We would like Huuuge to create a better balance of win to loss ratios. (Especially with the most recent changes, many are experiencing the same challenges with consistent losses. These kinds of losses do not encourage the purchase of more chips, but rather discourage additional purchases. Let's not forget the users that cannot make purchases....if the risk to reward ratio is not in the user's favor, they will simply quit.)
- We ask that Huuuge go back to the beginning & think about & remember what made this app so successful & fun in the first place...bring back the fun & excitement.
For a social app of this nature to have any future hope of being successful, it must foster & develop loyalty from it's existing users....especially the one's that have longevity. They are the most important, as they give new users something to look forward to & continue on towards.

I have spent hours reading through your stories about how frustrating the recent changes feel during our daily sessions. It is clear that the joy has been drained from the game for so many of us who have stayed loyal for years. I am currently working on a way to get these specific concerns in front of someone at the company who actually has the power to fix our experience.

Seeing this community unite over our shared frustrations with the recent game changes has been overwhelming. I used to spend hours enjoying this app with friends but lately it feels like a chore. Thank you for proving that so many of us remember how this game once felt and want that spark brought back.

Spent thousands on it now stopped buying can't win and on high level in a competitive league and they just take all my team win for me around 12b daily 2 players of mine they just take and take.They set up dud rooms where you can spin 300x and not get a win.Most slots take most chips then give you half chips back its a patern.They have also changed the features like on Dorothy hardly ever get a Dorothy in anymore all been rigged and I have watched them since it began when you could hit a gold puzzle level 100 look now one set every thousand they are crooks nothing more than crooks
I agree with this one hundred percent. This app is amazing the games are awesome but you have made it too difficult. When I started this game I was so hooked and I have spent money on lottery tickets and package deals but the last 2 months it is so noticeable that of the change the ratio win to loss is just completely out of hand so unfortunately soon if things don't change I will have to take my money and my time elsewhere as much as I love billionaire and huge Casino I just cannot be part of such a unfortunate greed...
I'm in two clubs that I'll hate to drop out of. I'm going to have to because with the lousy payouts I can't meet league min. points. Thanks for taking my enjoyment away.
My club (Archers) fell apart after being together for 3 YEARS! Huuuuge has definitely made many huge changes and none for the better. They are losing all their loyal long time players. We will move on and there will be a better social slots game emerge. Huuuge Casino will regret they lost all of us. TexasNana

corrupt game 25 times could not get past leval 60 the game is so rigged I lost 220b once on a club event in diamond league without a win says it all they put blocks on players,one time I bought 3 purchases of Gold tickets and only received 2 when I complained they said all purchases went through liars and cheats there is so much I could say about this corrupt company since big fish took over but it makes me angry as I have played this from the start and they have stripped us of any chance of winning 100 spins not a single win.finally heres proof its fixed last night I got lucky won 4b on a new account played club event after 10m a spin 4b without 1 win on a 10m spin then I hit a huuuge win when I got down to last 350k that's proof and not for the first time this casino should be charged with fraud and no one does a thing about it why play it I have made lots of friends on here.

Just not enjoyable anymore with the events taking so long to play as the odds of you winning on events are terrible all they do is eat what chips we have & taking away the free tickets & xp on face book is just making it harder for players to be able to level up
