As we know a planning permission application for the 156 house “Habrough Fields Phase 2” is imminent.

This will impact the current residents severely in terms of increased traffic (one exit in and out for the whole estate), strain on flooding defences (further protection is being offered but residents have heard that claim before with little evidence of success), strain on Immingham’s amenities such as schools, doctors & dentists (current residents are having to take children out of Immingham for schooling and healthcare) and lastly the fact that residents feel “Phase 1” is far from finished with many waiting for repairs or checks to be carried out.
