There has been a memorial set up on Gone Too Soon for the murderer Raoul Moat. I don't believe he deserves one - nor do many others! He killed 1 innocent man and attempted to kill the mother of his children and an innocent policeman. I believe that with his memorial active on GTS it is tarnishing the memories of the REAL heroes, the REAL Angels and The REAL good men and women. How is he a hero?
