I have spent the last few mornings sitting in the cold waiting for a sign of spring because this tradition feels like it should belong to all of us. Seeing so many of you agree that we deserve a break to celebrate this moment shows me I am not the only one who thinks the winter slump needs a designated day of rest.

Seeing this movement gain such incredible momentum reminds me of how much we all need a break in the middle of a cold winter. I truly believed this was just a dream of mine but now I see that so many of you feel the exact same way.

I wanna hang out with my family on this day, and honestly either be happy spring is starting, or be upset that winter is lasting longer. Watching a movie might be fun! Plus it'll be nice to have a small break from the long 3rd quarter without anything special as well!
bruh honestly i just want a 3 day weekend lol. school is draining and phil is a legend so why not.

Ah yes, the elusive groundhog. Glorious creatures. The groundhog will stalk its prey... Look! At it's paws, as it scurries slowly, bending it's knees. Huh? I'm supposed to be signing. Uh, i'll do it but I don't think we should actually get a day off. Groundhogs S U C C
