I am honestly overwhelmed by how quickly this message has spread across our community. This momentum belongs entirely to the parents and students who refused to stay quiet. It is clear that we are all looking for the same basic safety for our families.

Literally, almost every other school closed except st Francis, oak creek, and greenfield. Why go if they aren't gonna teach?
My mom makes me go and its horrible too cold and lonely none of my friends really went so i was alone all day ):
absolutely ridiculous. every school within 5 minutes from greenfield is cancelled. the fact that Greenfield is making teachers, students, and parents drive in this weather is completely incompassionate and just plain rude.
The fact that teachers want school to close shows the ignorance if the Greenfield School District. One of my close family friends got into a collision on her way to school this morning and is now paralyzed from the waist down. Being open when it's -40 degrees outside only has one benefit. The District looks good in the public eye, pushing more tax revenue and budget increases their way.
no one barely even shows up to school when it's this cold. so what's the point of having it?

Greenfield High School HAS to close if it's cold outside because now I hate s that school this is ridiculous... that all I gotta say... nough said period.

Whoever made this should have honeslty put the temp as -25 because that is when people started complaining and refused to go to school.:|
