Rushed implementation. No details were provided by management be it PIC or PrefChem or whoever in charge of this ridiculous idea. Put yourself in the staff position with small kids, family, etc. Some management wouldn't see this issue!!!

1. Anak 2 orang masih kecil dengan isteri tak pandai drive
2. Keselamatan rumah ditinggalkan. Ramai orang luar sudah tahu pasal green bubble. Jadi target penjenayah
3. Keselamatan isteri dan anak2 waktu malam bila penjenayah tahu ketiadaan suami.
4. GB tidak jamin actual green. Ada kes positif selepas hari ke 7 kuarantin.
Saya cadangkan management fikirlah semula kaedah lain yang lagi baik.

Keselamatan family di rumah tidak terjamin sepanjang ketiadaan suami/ayah, isteri terpaksa galas beban sepanjang tempoh ini kerana tempoh berkurung di kem yang terlalu lama.
Ini akan menganggu staff morale dan emosi.
Please consider the staffs morale!

I not agree because need to work too long for work in shift need to work 12 hours for 7days day shift and 7days night shift. I hope management can review back this green bubble program..

Totally not agreed, waktu keja yg panjang dan berterusan boleh menyebab perkerja hilang fokus dan hadapi tekanan, ini boleh membahayakan operasi, pekerja dan jg majikan.

Both of us are PIC staff. Both of us are essential workers for PIC. Then how about our kids? All of them still under 5! What option do we have? Please management dont worsen the condition. Most of the case happen at PIC comes from management too. When this happen
