A thousand people have actually signed this thing and my phone has not stopped buzzing since I woke up today. I really did not think this would gain this much steam but it just shows how frustrated everyone is with the current situation at the site.

I have been reading through the messages you all are sending and the frustration regarding the Green Bubble program is just overwhelming right now. I am working on getting our concerns in front of the right leadership because the current way they are handling this is simply not sustainable for any of us.

Action with not guarantee to eliminate the covid19. Not fair to workers with less salary and need to spend own money during quarantine time. Total lockdown with biased and self interest action. Top management who decided also willing to lock down??

Aku ada mak ayah yg perlu di jaga, dihantar ke hospital utk buat medical check up. Beli brg keperluan, sbb aku satu2 anak yg ada dlm rumah tu Mak ayh aku umur dh lanjut. Aku blh jd murung jika bnda ni jd. Sbb aku lbh memikirkan mak ayh aku. " Aku tak setuju"
Tidak bersetuju dengan program "bubble green". Antara sebabnya dengan ketiadaan ketua rumah untuk jangka masa panjang ia boleh meningkatkan potensi rumah akan menjadi target oleh penjenayah rompak, curi, pecah masuk, tipu(scammer), dan sebagai nya
1. Isteri mengandung 7 bulan. 2. Anak ada 2 orang. 3. Amat tidak setuju 21 hari duduk di dalam tempat kerja. Dan hanya bersama keluarga 7hari! 4. Boleh mengakibatkan gangguan kesihatan mental kepada pekerja dan keluarga yang ditinggalkan.

I suggest the management to go back to the basic covid 19 SOP as provided by KKM. As long as we could enforce the instruction of mininum manning (MEANS only those need to be on site are allowed to be in office, those who go to office but ends up working at workstations definitely can fit under requirement to work from home). Despite the guideline provided by HR and HSE, Currently certain bosses still request staff who not working at site to be present at office.. physical meeting still conducted as usual until we have issur with the contractor recently. So please focus on ENFORCEMENT of current rules rather than reinvent another rules that impose serious burden to stuff.

Saya juga bekerja di pengerang & berpendapat tiada keperluan untuk tindakan seperti ini kerana kita telah ada pelbagai SOP dari KKM, MITI, MKN & lain2. Kesimpulannya pada hemat saya, tindakan begini memberi kesan ke atas kesihatan mental pekerja.
