I know the management wont bat an eye to this petition.Nevertheless, green bubble implementation will adversely impact staff motivation (which already running low at this point). I remember quite strongly the promise made by the management to 'listen more' after the tragic incident and i guess this is one way to show it.

not agreed.. working in demotivated situation due to long distance with family. This also can cause mental health problem which not good in working environment.

1) Tiada makluman menyeluruh kpd staff. 2) kebajikan family staf yg dtinggalkan tak terjaga 3) rumah dibiar terlalu lama boleh mnyebabkan berlaku kecurian. 4) Blh mengakibatkan stress/fatique yang melampau kepada staff dr segi emosi dan fizikal. 5) HR/management nampak tak bersedia ..last minit baru bgtau. 6) sekiranya apa2 terjadi kepada isteri yang mengandung menguruskan rumah seorang diri bersama dua orang lagi anak kecil selama 21 hari. adakah company akang tanggung? Contoh: orang jahat masuk rumah, jatuh/cedera/keguguran dek letih menguruskan semuanya seorang diri. Mereka juga bakal dijangkiti virus

If you implement this and still there is a COVID case in the green bubble, the consequence is much bigger. Satu PIC tutup terus. Ni mesti jenis masuk training online tapi tak dengar

Ada keluarga yg perlu dijaga .

This green bubble will and absolutely create more stressful to the staff especially for those who need to be separated from their family..for me the covid itself has already given stressful environment and with the addition of green bubble for sure the condition with getting worse. I dont think and forsee that the first swab is enough for the covid test since there is a case the covid is detected after 2nd swab is performed. Thus the idean to create green and safe working place in rapid cannot be achieved.

I do not consent to this Green Bubble implementation for Rapid Pengerang Johore
