Call to action: The undersigned members of the Great Falls Swim & Tennis ("GFS&T") Club hereby request that the GFS&T Board of Directors promptly convene a Special Meeting of the members of the GFS&T Club (the "Club"). The purpose of the meeting will be to:

1. Discuss the Board's management of certain aspects of the Club's contractor selection and tennis activities, including i) the proper role of the GFS&T Tennis Committee in the currently ongoing contract renewal negotiations with Beets Tennis (current operator of the Club's overall tennis program), and ii) the manner in which contractors are evaluated and Club priorities are developed, evaluated, and implemented.
2. Provide clear direction to the Board regarding the membership's views with regard to the ongoing management of tennis activities and other aspects of the Board's responsibilities to the members of the GFS&T Club.
3. Conduct a full and transparent discussion about the membership's views and priorities regarding important issues that effect the financial, social, and other aspects of the tennis program at the Club, a program in which more than 50% of the Club's membership participates, and which materially contributes positive cash flow to support Club-wide activities, maintenance, and operations.
