I support the petition pertaining to the Rezoning topic to prevent/deter the possibility of apartments under Phase II of Pratt Stacks development. I do feel there are some minor revisions for consideration to have more impact in supporting our position as well as working toward a partnership with Providence Group in order to satisfy the primary concerns for the neighboring residents on Grant St and Grant Circle. We have way too much traffic on Grant already and the construction noise is out of control. These apartments are just gonna make it worse for everyone who lives here.
