Grandparents denied visitation because one parent or the other or a government official says so for reasons of power control and secrecy of abuse and other evil purposes must have an inherent right to access their grandchildren. It is the custodian of the child who must prove a valid reason otherwise in the courts. The grandparents must be presumed innocent until proven guilty. It is the children that are being ravished in our country and the granpdparents are their first line of defense.
