Grandparents have no rights over their grandkids in Indiana there have been many attempts to get a law passed, but it keeps getting tabled by Congress. This law needs to be heard and passed. A child deserves the knowledge and LOVE of their Grandparents!!

PLEASE, if any of you have grandchildren out there then you probably can imagine not being able to see them because someone got mad at you...not because you did anything wrong but because you disagreed with their ideals.
As a grandparent who has had problems with the former daughter in - law not allowing my wife and I to see our grandchildren out of spite I urge you all to take this petition seriously. Too many children with strong ties to their grandparents are being denied to be with them. This is hurting all of our children. Please do something about this for our grandchildren's sake.
Please give us our rights as grandparents to be in our grandchildren's lives. We are a huge part in our grandchildren's development and have so much to offer them. Please don't turn your backs on us again
I can't imagine not being able to see my grandchildren! I would be totally devastated! I have a step grandson that we have not been able to see and it really hurts! My sister is not able to see one of her granddaughters! We love our grandchildren and it is terribly unfair!
Grandparents should have rights of there grandkids especially if the kids are in danger with there parents instead of them being put in the system the grandparents should be able to step in
Those that prohibit their children from grandparents will one day regret the loss.They will see it in behaviors they don't want to see.
Why wouldn't grandparents have rights? They are our children too.

After my son suffered a brain injury, I was cut from my granddaughter's lives. Devestating for all of us.
