It is not fair that 90% of the people in the northeast do not get the access to langevin when the school is in the northeast. Does it not seem fair that we should be given the chance to stay instead of being ostercized against.

It is not good decision for children specialy they have learned from many years, It's very hard decision for the parents to enroll their kids in the school which they are not familiar with, very far from home . Also, kids are emotionally disturbed because of the fear of losing their friends, This is very wrong decision for the students of the NE.

Langevin is located in the NE and its strange that the school board has decided to shift NE students to SE. As chosen schools are in the SE ,this opportunity can be given to the other communities such as SW or SE. Other communities of the city has many reputable schools and comparatively Fraser rating for them is comparatively much better than the NE public schools.

It's very hard decision for the parents to enroll their kids in the school which they are not familiar with, very far from their home, splitting kids in the different school. Also, kids are emotionally disturbed because of the fear of losing their friends, teachers, siblings and going to the totally different set up. This is an imposed informed decision for the students of the NE.

I don't my son to move to a school in the most violent community in the city and fear for his life every single day. Other than this how can I send my son to a school where half of the kids wear uniform and half doesn't, that'll open them to getting bullied.

My step son Brodie is upset that he will have to attend a different school, make new friends and general be in a different setting. I feel that the childs perspective was completely ignored in the decision making process for these school realignments.

My child was upset to hear he would have to move schools, moving away from friends. There seems to be little regard for children already in attendance at Langevin.

Everything our family plans is around the school including place to live and daycare/after school program. This decision without a consideration of our situation is a disruption to our lives. Current students should be given a choice. They have created wonderful friedships among each other. We dont want to leave.

We desire to stay at Langevin and are disappointed and upset that this decision is simply uprooting the families and kids without consulting us. Of course the program should be offered more. But start from now and let the kids in Langevin finish there.

There needs to be some sort of grandfathering in especially for those who are not bussed

Do not punish existing students for policy changes. Allow these children to complete their education where it began.

This is really important for the existing kids, they should be grandfathered in.
