The residents and property owners on Grand Boulevard in Venice, from Main street to Venice Boulevard, ask that the City of Los Angeles implement a traffic calming project on our street to increase public safety, reduce vehicular speeds, green the street with trees and landscaping, provide bike lanes and add one lane of median parking, pursuant to the attached drawing. 

We the undersigned, live and/own property on Grand Boulevard in the Venice District of the City of Los Angeles at the addresses below.  We hereby petition the Mayor, and the Council Member for the above street segments, to have the Department of PUblic Works and Department of Transportation implement a traffic calming project substantially similar to the attached drawings on our street.  This is necessary to reduce dangerous traffic speeds on this street, which threaten residents and visitors alike.
