There are not many students from AZ at the school, so our families are mostly traveling from other states. Families and friends are spending hundreds of dollars to come to graduation. Many have already bought their plane tickets. It's not worth my family coming half-way across the country to celebrate my graduation if they have to be in "an alternative viewing area" to do so. This is a common sense measure. I'm sorry you have to lobby to make it happen. :-(
