GRAB MALAYSIA TO INCREASE THE DRIVERS COMMISSION OR SUBSIDISE CAR MAINTENANCE & DECREASE THE CHARGES OF COMMISION TO USE THE SERVICE FROM 20% TO 10%
THIS PETITION IS TO GRAB MALAYSIA IN INTEREST OF THE JUST GRAB DRIVERS TO INCREASE THE DRIVERS COMMISSION OR SUBSIDISE CAR MAINTENANCE & DECREASE THE CHARGES OF COMMISION TO USE THE SERVICE FROM 20% TO 10%.
CURRENTLY THE DRIVERS ARE FACING DIFFICULTIES IN DUE TO LESS EARNING AND INCREASING COST. THE CAR MAINTENANCE COST IS VERY HIGH AND THE CURRENT FARE IS NOT ENOUGH TO MAINTAIN THE CAR ESPECIALY.
THE CURRENT FARE RATE IS DEMOTIVATING MANY DRIVERS AND THIS WILL AFFECT THE QUALITY OF SERVICE PROVIDED TO THE END USERS AND WILL AFFECT THE STATUS OF GRAB WHICH IS THE MAIN EHAILING SERVICE PROVIDER IN MALAYSIA, DUE TO THE CURRENT SITUATION MANY DRIVERS ARE QUITING THEIR SERVICE AND CANCELLING THE ORDERS.
WE URGE GRAB MALAYSIA TO CONSIDER OUR GRIEVENCES AND ACT ACCORDINGLY

Charges are not sufficient.... Sometimes feel like doing charity service... Pick up point to far... the charges are not par with the petrol and maintenance costs
Reduce commission and increase job fare
Night fares same as morning fares... nothing different...coz night very risky and safety reasons
I hope Grab will considers all the driver’s reqeust and respons wisely. Hoping to get good News Soon.
Yes increase the fare that previously been earn as well subsidy the maintenance car onwards...this is will motivated for driver keep partner with Grab..
