RE: Illegal Immigration in Tennessee
Dear Gov. Lee:
We the undersigned, as your constituents, urge you to block passage and housing to all illegal aliens entering into the State of Tennessee as of November 2020.
The cost to Tennesseans was $793 Million a year as of 2017, and we know it is considerably higher now.
This places an unfair financial drain on taxpayers as well as resources for schools, healthcare, and crime prevention.
Under the 10th Amendment the Federal government has no legal right to flood our state with an invasion of illegal immigrants and squander our precious tax dollars in the process.
We ask you to take immediate action now to stop this burdensome and disruptive violation of our legal state rights under the U.S. Constitution.

Please stop bringing Illigals into Tenn. They bring covid, are gang members. And some are terrorists!!!
Why are we paying for people who broke the law to get here??? Protect Tennesseans first Bill Lee!
CLOSE THE BORDERS. We are full and we cant afford to house anyone else. Look at what is happening to our schools and hospitals.
Its time to put TN citizens first. I have lived here my whole life and dont even recognize my own town anymore. Stop the invasion.
It is brutal and against human welfare and instincts to bring foreign aliens into TN and sprinkle them around the great country of America illegally, place them in an environment where they are not welcome, have no personal connections if they are split up from each other (which they WILL BE), and expect more than the development of a hostile group of illegals which impacts the welfare and safety of Americans on a daily basis. Americans who are paying for the illegals passage (against their will with a heavier tax load) are being endangered. Does this make sense???
