The people in Tennessee should sign this petition to Stand Up for the Constitution of the United States and Bill of Rights our Fore Fathers gave us. State Laws have Supremacy over Unconstitutional Federal Laws. Demand the Tennessee Legislators pass the House Bill 1212 and the Senate Bill 0620 to protect the Tennessee Citizens from all the Unconstitutional Federal Laws. Those bills will allow Tennessee to Nullify Unconstitutional Federal Laws in a Committee. These bills need to get passed immediately and the Elected Officials in Tennessee need to Stand Up for their Citizens against the over stepping of the Unconstitutional Federal Government. The Federal Government is not ruling by the Constitution at all, in fact they have taken away all the Rights of the U.S. Citizens, including allowing Indefinite Detention without rights and being able to Kill U.S. Citizens if they are "Suspected" to be Terrorist through the NDAA bill, passed by the House, Senate and signed by Obama. We the People in Tennessee Demand our Elected Officials Stand Up for their Citizens and Stand Up for our Country and State. The 10th Amendment Gives us these Rights.
