LISTEN TO THE TEACHERS!!! they are the ones actually in the classroom doing the work. stop rushing this through without a vote.
Consultation is key. Teachers are stressed enough without this being forced on them without clear answers. Let them vote.

staff deserve the right to have a say in their own workplace. its only fair that everyone is properly informed before any big changes happen.
