The nearly 100 members of the Great Neck Library Staff Association (GNLSA), representing all four locations of the library, are asking for the community's support in contacting the elected Great Neck Library Board of Trustees to let them know that you support our request for a fair contract renewal.
GNLSA is simply asking for a living wage and an end to further staffing reductions to enable us to continue to provide the same level of library service for users of all ages that has always been provided at the Great Neck Library.

Keep our libraries staffed properly. Simple as that.
These people do so much for our town. They deserve a fair wage for all the hard work they put in everyday. Please just pay them what they are worth!

Library staff are the backbone of the community. Cut the budget somewhere else and leave our librarians alone.
Keep our libraries staffed properly. Simple as that.
