This shouldn't even be an issue, grant them the right to a patio!

Don't be fun sponges. Give them their patio.

A small patio that isn't intrusive to anyone. Help a small business! Let them keep it!

I've had some of the best sunny afternoons on this patio. Keep it. Please!

Seriously lets not micro manage such a free spirited community. It's the reason this is mine and several others favourite part of the city!

I don't even understand why it's an issue all of a sudden. It's not like the patio is new.

I live in the area and this is the most quiet patio in the Market. Please reinstate the patio.

I live in the neighbourhood and would be heartbroken if this patio was taken away.

This patio adds to the street life of the market and is well loved. Please make an exception in this case. Kensington is not your average neighbourhood.

Great patio, important to Kensington and the community. It's small and lovely and not hurting anyone.

This is a very honest business, and should not have to go through so much trouble over their patio. Please support!

As a member of this neighborhood I see no reason why this patio should be closed over a single cm - Don't strip this community of its charm

I have enjoyed this patio many times. I love this bar because it's a simple honest small business, and woman owned to boot! I regularly walk along This street and have never seen the patio as an obstruction either.

Thirsty and Miserable is an integral part to the Kensington community! No reason they shouldn't have a patio!
