Part of what makes Toronto an inviting place for its residents and tourists is the warm sense that there are interesting, intimate spaces with unique and exciting culture to offer. Thirsty and Miserable is small and special enough to deserve attention and a patio!

The city of Toronto has insanely boring lawmakers.

Removing well used public space is illogical, and would likely have negative impact on profits for this small local business.

Please save the very small patio of Thirsty & Miserable. It adds an economic boost to the Market.

Love this spot and the small patio that helps provide some relief on those hot summer nights.

Great bar in an area and street where a patio makes perfect sense.

Not an intrusive patio whatsoever. Great community bar.

The market is a bustling, busy, crowded part of the city and that's why people like it. This TINY patio barely covers the space a few locked bikes take up. Leave it alone!

Toronto needs more patios... people love them, including tourists. Toronto will never be a "world class city" until it grows up and learns how to embrace patios and bike lanes. Toronto's fearful attitude toward these issues is terribly suburban and just plain embarrassing.

Great patio/location. It'd be a complete shame if we lost it.

I love this little patio. Just leave a good thing alone instead of killing it at this time for no apparent reason.
