As we enter March, the seniors of Central High School have yet to experience any fun activities dedicated to us. Despite being in our final year, we have not been given any events to celebrate our hard work and time at this school. Meanwhile, the junior class was granted a block party—an exciting event that brought them together and created lasting memories.

It is unfair that the juniors have had the opportunity to celebrate while the seniors, who are nearing the end of their high school journey, have been overlooked. We deserve recognition and a chance to create our own unforgettable moments before graduation.

We are asking the administration to plan and provide senior activities that reflect our efforts and achievements. Whether it’s a block party, senior picnic, or another special event, we simply want the chance to enjoy our final months at Central High School.
