I always break things when I put them in my back pockets and sit down. That wouldn't happen if they would fit into the front ones!

I agree with your sentiment. here's another answer to this problem that's already here: An alternative solution is not to worry about pockets in clothing (as in the 'norm'), but to put pockets on yourSELF, separately. That way you'll never sit on, bend on, or sweat on your stuff. Plus, nothing falls out of them as they can always fit what you need (you can swap out pocket sizes at any given time). Modular. I have seen a volunteer at the animal shelter struggling to clean out a kittens cage, and when the kitten kept getting in the way, he put it in his pocket. Men can comfortably fit month old kittens in their pockets and I can't fit my cellphone. I actually bought an iPhone because it was the smallest smart phone on my phone plan and I was sick of dropping my galaxy. Guess what still falls out of its tiny cradle? My new iPhone. Give me pockets and I will give you money. (Theres a petition on another site that addresses this, but that one requires a home address and phone number and I am not about that spam life.)
