come on now... enough is enough. No proof the JJ altered his performance. The commissioner at the time set unrealistic stipulations. Based on his guidelines Willie Mays and Mickey Mantle should be removed from the HOF because they received money from a gambling establishment
its been a hundred years already. let the guy in. his stats speak for themselves and he clearly played his heart out that series.
Time to fix this mistake. He is one of the best hitters to ever play the game period.
The gamblers probably took him for a ride. The man hit .375 in that series. That is not throwing a game. Ridiculous he keeps getting blocked.
JUSTICE FOR JOE!! He was an illiterate farm boy who got caught up in something way over his head. Put him where he belongs.
Shoeless Joe should be in hall of Fame.
